Maintenance guide for mini excavators
06 Mar 2020
1. Check the working hours
The time meter should be checked every day to check if the time has reached the necessary maintenance time.
2. Keep the machine clean
Always keep the machine clean and easy to find when it fails. Keep the grease mouth, vent and oil level indicator clean
3. Be careful of hot water and hot oil
Immediately after the engine is stopped, it is dangerous to disassemble the filter element and discharge hot oil and coolant. Wait for the engine to cool. If the oil temperature is low, it is necessary to discharge the oil. Before discharging, the oil should be heated to the proper temperature. (20-40 ° C)
4. Fuel filter
The fuel filter is installed on the machine and should not be disassembled when fueling.
5. Welding precautions
1) Turn off the engine start switch.
2) Do not connect to a voltage greater than 200V.
3) Connect the ground cable within 1m from the soldering point.
4) Avoid sealing or bearing between the solder joint and the grounding point
5) Do not use the pin of the working device or the place around the hydraulic cylinder as the grounding point.
6. Check the chassis
Working in rocky areas should check the degree of damage to the chassis and check the tightness, cracks, wear and breakage of the bolts and nuts, but when working on this ground, the track tensioning device should be slightly relaxed.
7. Precautions when washing the car
Never spray water directly onto plugs and electromechanical components.
Do not spill water on the monitor and controller.
Do not spray steam or water directly onto the radiator or oil cooler.
Dust workplace considerations
Check the air filter to see if the filter is clogged and clean the air filter at a shorter time interval than specified.
